Join us for a night of tapas and flamenco. First, we will start with a glass of vermouth–the way all good journeys start–and then work our way through the cuisine of Barcelona, Spain.

Stephanie Keeton: Dancer. Stephanie was a featured dancer with Aztlan Dance Company and voted one of Austin’s Best Dancers. She currently teaches at Esquina Tango.
Celia Sellers: Singer. Hailing from Puerto de Santa Maria, in Cadiz, Spain, Celia has spent over twenty years in the U.S., singing flamenco in tablaos and theaters throughout Arizona and Texas.
Jose Manuel Tejeda: Guitarist. Originally from El Oriente de Cuba, Jose has studied concert music and classical guitar studies at at Instituto Superior de Arte de Cuba. Jose Manuel also plays guitar in Austin bands including Atash and the Night Mothers.
Tapas Station: Manchego & Ham Croquettes, Spanish Albondigas in Roasted Tomato Sauce, & Cauliflower Fritters with Creme & Cured Meats & Spanish Cheeses, Spanish Tortilla with Garlic Aioli, Higos con Miel & Queso (Roasted Figs with Goat Cheese & Honey), Zanahorias Alinadas (Pickled Carrots)
Carving Station: Spanish Style Pork Roast with Pan Roasted Romesco Sauce, with Escalivada (Grilled Vegetable Medley of Red Bell Peppers, Onions, & Tomatoes), Patatas Bravas (Roasted Tomato Aioli)
